Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order, please note that these items will be shipped within 1-4 weeks. You will receive an email notification once your pre-order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Area and Delivery Times

  • West Malaysia: 3-5 business days
  • East Malaysia: 5-11 business days

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@malimalikids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Provide a physical address during checkout to avoid any delays.

Damages

Malimali Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
