Non-Refundable Goods

Please note that all sales are final. Goods sold are not refundable except under the conditions stated below.

Defective Items

If you discover any defects with your product during unboxing, please take immediate photos or video evidence of the defect. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance. After reviewing the evidence, we may offer to resend the defective part or the entire set, depending on the nature of the defect.

Packaging Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must be in good condition and must adequately protect the product during transit. Products returned without suitable packaging or damaged packaging may not qualify for a return.

Returning Defective Products

Inspection and Reshipment

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), if your return is approved, we will proceed with resending the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
